Minimalist Style
Minimalist kitchen designs seek to simplify the space as much as possible. This style features clean lines and neutral colours, with a focus on function and simplicity.
The materials that complement the kitchen are often limited to a few key elements, such as wood and stone accents. Notably, decorative details are kept to a minimum.
Features of the minimalist-style kitchens
Doors and drawers
Plain and with no ornamentaion. Can include glass, aluminium or stainless steel details.
Colours and finishes
Neutral, often flat white. Matt or satin finishes are most commonly used.
Handles
Simple and elegant. Handleless fronts are a typical feature, but integrated handles can also be used.

Worktops
Artificial stone worktops and granite worktops with a matt finish are popular choices to complement the minimalist look of the kitchen.
